PHRASAL VERBS

Feel blue: It means that you are sad.

Slow down: Start to do something less fast.

Face up: Accept that a difficult situation exists.

Chill out: Relax completely.

Calm down: Become or make somebody quieter or more relaxed.

Cheer up: Become or make somebody happier.

Open up: Talk about how you feel.

Work out: Do physical exercise.

Cut down: Reduce the amount you take something.


RANDOM VOCABULARY

Grumpy: Unhappy and bad-tempered.

Cheerful: Happy.

Dynamic: Vigorously active or forceful.

Anxious: Full of mental distress or of fear of danger or misfortune.

Sleepy: Ready to sleep; drowsy.

Walnuts: An edible meaty nut with a hard, wrinkled shell.

Hitchhike: To travel by standing on the side of the road seeking free rides from passing vehicles.
